~tamesr's second request, this time of her character, Tuuli. Yeah, I know it doesn't match the thumbnail sketch I uploaded in scrap, but it just wasn't working out at a bigger size.
She's a magical wind something or other. Gives Zafir's brother Nassau something to think about everytime he sees her. Zafir doesn't really like her for this reason.
